Serpentine

Serpentine is a stone of deep connection with the earth, and very protective. It is a stone of renew and rebirth like a snake shedding its skin. When we feel protected, we are free to reinvent or reveal our true selves and it may assist in breaking free from emotional baggage. Meditation with this stone is best done outdoors to strengthen our grounding and connection to earth’s energy and can be a powerful totem to keep on hand when starting a new job or entering new social situations.
