Diffuse essential oils to release any difficult emotions that come up – add 3 drops of beautiful Frankincense, 2 drops Bergamot and 1 drop Clary Sage to your diffuser and allow yourself to breathe and feel your emotions. Journal about your feelings, about who you need to forgive and about gratitude – or just see what comes up out of your journaling.
