Rhodochrosite

With a stabilising energy, rhodochrosite is an excellent stone to balance emotions and bring harmony to the heart chakra. It is a powerful heart healer and can facilitate the expression of feelings, overcome sadness or painful emotions and is a gentle stone for moving on after a difficult period. Rhodochrosite’s energy brings courage to the heart, to help express what we are feeling without fear and is a stone to be used to assist in letting go of what no longer serves us. It is an excellent stone to use in meditation by visualising its loving energy and allowing it to filter through the heart chakra to heal and propel us forward with an open hear and positive mind.
