These oils have been selected to help reduce pain and inflammation from over-exertion, while toning and nourishing the skin. We use pure Jojoba oil as the carrier in this recipe for its nourishing skin benefits. The wax esters found in Jojoba oil are identical to the natural sebum that your skin produces, so it penetrates deep into the skin easily. Jojoba oil also contains many antioxidants and essential fatty acids, as well as being rich in Vitamins A, D & E.
You Will Need:
• 125mL Bottle of Pure Jojoba Carrier Oil
• 20 drops Pure Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil
• 15 drops Pure Rosemary Essential Oil
• 15 drops Pure Clary Sage Essential Oil
Add the essential oil to the carrier oil and shake to combine. You can adjust or add more oil to your liking, bearing in mind strong dilutions of essential oils should be used with less frequency. The ratio in this recipe is common of blended essential oils and represents a 2% ratio of oils to the carrier; for children it is recommended to use a lower dilution. Do not apply to face or near eyes & conduct a patch test before use.
