How to Use:
Aromatherapy is the practice of using naturally extracted essences of aromatic plants to promote the health and wellbeing of your mind, body and emotions. There are many ways to use essential oils, & roll-ons and mist bottles are great ways to use aromatherapy on the go.
Pure essential oils must be diluted before being applied to the skin and this is done by adding essential oil to a carrier oil. A carrier oil is generally an unscented oil, often nourishing for the skin. Some common carrier oils are jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, fractionated coconut oil or even olive oil.

You can use our roll-on bottles to create your own natural remedies and perfumes. Below is a general guide on how to fill your 10mL roll-on bottle.

If you are unsure about which note your oil is you can find this information on the back of our essential oil bottles.
50mL Mist Bottle
You can use our mist bottles to create your own room sprays, body sprays or natural perfumes. Below is a general guide on how to fill your 50mL mist bottle. It is a good idea to use distilled or filtered water to prevent bacteria and impurities forming in your mist. The alcohol or witch hazel will help to disperse the oils through the water and prevent them from sticking to the bottle. It is always a good idea to give your mist a shake before spraying to ensure the ingredients are dispersed evenly.
• Distilled, purified or filtered water
• 1 teaspoon of Vodka or Witch Hazel
