Using essential oils in your everyday routine, by means of diffusing, skin application, or burning, can have a profound impact on your mood & habits. For example, the soothing aroma of Lavender is perfect for assisting with quality of sleep, whilst citrus based oils are great for boosting energy. Some oils are also particularly good for intention-based rituals, spell work, and meditation.

Directions of Use

Use 3-5 drops in an oil burner, diffuser, bath, or vaporiser. If wanting to apply to skin, combine 3-5 drops with a carrier oil in a roll-on bottle.

Care Instructions

• Do not apply essential oil to skin without use of carrier oil. We recommend spot testing on your skin before continuous application.
• Keep out of reach of animals & children
• Do not use if you are pregnant
• Oils should be used with caution if you have an existing medical condition
• Store below 30°C.
