Moonstone is a calming stone that soothes emotional instability and stress. As its name suggests, moonstone is strongly connected to the moon and its cycles, reminding us that everything is part of a cycle of change. For this reason, it is also a stone of new beginnings. Moonstone promotes intuition and empathy and has traditionally been used to enhances psychic abilities. Psychologically, moonstone calms overreactions to situations and to emotional triggers.
