With Essential Oils of:
Citronella (Cymbopogan Nardus) 
Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
Eucalyptus Blue Mallee (eucalyptus polybractea)
Peppermint (menthe piperita) 
Lavender French (Lavandula angustifolia)

Directions: Use 3-5 drops in an oil burner, vaporiser or bath, or mix with 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
